Our Story
Hi, I'm Joy Young.
I never planned to work in the garment industry.
I grew up wanting to leave the factory. Today, I'm building a brand because of it.
My father spent most of his life building a garment factory in southern China.
Growing up, I was surrounded by fabric, sewing machines, and production lines. Like many second-generation factory kids, I couldn't wait to leave. I loved drawing, traveling, and exploring the world. Fashion manufacturing never felt like the future I wanted.
Then life had other plans.
As the industry became more challenging, I began to see the factory differently. It wasn't just a business. It was years of craftsmanship, the livelihoods of the people who worked there, and my family's life work.
I didn't inherit a brand.
I inherited a responsibility.
Finding My Own Way
Instead of simply continuing what already existed, I wanted to create something of my own.
Friends I met in Hawaii were building apparel businesses, and we began producing shirts for them. Working together gave me a new perspective—not just on manufacturing, but on design.
That's when I started creating my own prints.
Every trip became inspiration.
Every sketch became an idea.
Every shirt became a canvas.
Learning Through Failure
Like many small brands, we didn't get everything right.
Our first collection was women's linen clothing. Beautiful fabrics, too many styles, too many sizes, and too much inventory.
It taught us an important lesson:
Don't try to make everything. Make one thing exceptionally well.
So we made a decision.
We would focus on men's shirts.
One timeless silhouette.
Hundreds of original prints.
Less complexity.
More creativity.

Today, every collection begins in our Hong Kong studio.
Ideas are sketched, colors are explored, and prints are refined before being brought to life by experienced makers in Shenzhen and Dongguan.
We also use modern tools—including AI—to explore new design directions faster. But technology never replaces creativity. Every design is still carefully selected, refined, and approved by us.
By combining thoughtful design with decades of manufacturing experience, we're able to create shirts with original artwork, reliable quality, and honest prices.

Looking Forward
Looking back, it's funny how life works.
I spent years wanting to leave the factory.
Today, that same factory allows us to create something we're genuinely proud of.
Every shirt we make carries a little bit of our story—from a sketchbook in Hong Kong to a finished shirt made in southern China.
